Overview

The Platinum V4 series products provide extremely smooth engine starting and eliminate tail drift problems common in helicopters. The start-up time can be adjusted from 8 to 25 seconds, ensuring an optimal starting point for every flight. Equipped with a powerful 32-bit processor running at 72MHz and advanced algorithms, this speed controller provides precise speed control for a superior control experience. With an adjustable voltage range of 5V to 8V and a maximum continuous current of 10A (25A peak), the built-in switching mode BEC can effectively power the servos.

The Platinum V4 ESC offers four braking modes - Brake Off, Normal Brake, Proportional Brake and Reverse Brake - with adjustable braking amounts and automatic braking force allocation in proportional mode based on throttle position. Multiple protection functions, including ESC thermal and capacitor thermal (patented by HOBBYWING), ESC overload, loss of throttle signal (or Fail Safe) and low voltage shutdown, effectively
